Moments of luxury

    Moments of luxury

We use so many cliches about
enjoying the moment, live every moment intensely,
" carpe diem "
...  But is that most of us really know to apply them to
our day- to- day, or are they things you
say because they always fit well?
This week I read an interview where
he described luxury as
" the need to appreciate every moment. "
Drink a glass of
wine and get to smell the aroma of lavender and apple tree
that grows near the vine: walking the dog and hear the birds sing,
read a book by the fireplace on a rainy day and not
wanting to be anywhere else not  be that.
Moments of luxury, described.
How often do we apply this in a normal day?
How often appreciate what we have rather
than moaning about what we have?
How often we feel grateful for being in a place with
 someone special, instead we're thinking
about that proposal that we send the next day?
How often we allow ourselves
to enjoy the colors of an autumn day?
How often we feel grateful for being alive?
How often we are aware of
what keeps us alive: respiration?

Seriously, how often?

When you live a moment waiting for the next
come to the end of life with the feeling that
we do not live anywhere.

P.S:  Moment of luxury for me is being healthy...
whom we love most is to have around
is to feel that the simple things in life
is most important to me!
